Refunds, cancellation, and shipping

Ghizmo Store — Return Policy

1. Introduction

Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a return policy to help resolve the issue.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the product and reason for return.
  • Any images or other supporting documentation (if applicable).

We will guide you through the return process. You may be required to return the product to us at your expense unless the product is defective or we made an error in the order.

4. Refund for Returns

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to complete.

2. How to Cancel an Order

Orders can be canceled within 4–5 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at a1ecommerce@outlook.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Eligibility for Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped or processed.

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used. Refunds may take 7–10 business days to process.

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 10–15 business days

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. Free standard shipping on orders over ₹500 within India.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking details. You can track your order by visiting our website at ghizmostore.com.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, contact customer support at a1ecommerce@outlook.com.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Some products may be restricted for shipping to certain countries due to local regulations.

7. International Shipping & Customs

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Check with your local customs office for more information.

8. Address Changes

If you need to update the shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at a1ecommerce@outlook.com. Address changes may not be possible once the order is shipped.
